1. You need an SMTP plugin now. Easy WP SMTP is good
2. After installing Easy WP SMTP – Settings / Easy WP SMTP
3. 1st TAB SMTP Settings
4. Put from and reply to as same unless reply to is supposed to be different, do not leave it blank
5. SMTP hosts = smtp.office365.com:587
6. Security = TLS
7. SMTP Authentication = Yes
8. SMTP username = same as support email
9. Password = the password
10. No-reply address = same as support email
11. Allowed domains = domain of email address

That’s it, save and run a test should go through smoothly now.
